The Trustees’ Committee reserves all its rights in relation to the holding of ‘His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Horseracing Excellence Awards’ (the “Awards”) and the issuing of the award or prize for each applicable category of the Awards. The Trustees’ Committee shall have final discretion as to the winner of the award and associated prize (if any) for each category of the Awards. Any award or prize issued may be revoked from any winner at the Trustees’ Committee’s sole discretion at any time where the Trustees’ Committee deems any act or omission of the winner (concurring either before or after the issuing of the award or prize) as illegal, un-ethical, immoral or in any way ofensive to any person or entity.
